Applicants feel the pain of a slow permit. So do the agencies. Reviewers juggle submittals across disconnected systems, applicants can't see where their file sits, and the same information is re-keyed at every step.

Munivias is built for the government side of the counter — the intake, review, and approval workflow that turns a submitted application into an issued permit. It's the counterpart to the tools applicants use, closing the loop on the same process from the other chair.
